Please pardon the multiple posting, but this originated in Milcom and I
think it would also pertain to Scan-DC.

Was wondering if this is a higher level of activity than normal for the
Mussel group.

The reason I'm asking:

The other day while driving past my favorite Bunker (aprox 50 miles West of
DC), my Opto Scout triggered on 167.025, sometimes known as USSS Whiskey
freq.  Was hoping to find out if this may have been part of an annual drill.
