[Scan-DC] Incident on Wilson Bridge

VA & MD State police working with Ffx Cty to shut down all traffic on =
the Wilson Bridge to stop someone that is fleeing.  Last word is that =
subject has bailed out of the car and is hanging from the bridge.  They =
are requesting assistance from DC harbor patrol.

As I'm writing this, just heard "subject is in the water."  All traffic =
on I-95 is stopped.
