[Scan-DC] Air Force HC-130 on Marine Freqs

All,

In the mid 1330 hour EDT caught King 55, self id as an Air Force HC-130, on 
both 156.8 NFM and 157.100 NFM working with US Coast Guard Group Cape May NJ.

King 55 reported that they were located over Manhattan NY flying through the 
area and were hearing an ELT on 121.5 which they tentatively DF'd to somewhere 
north of Long Island NY.

After reporting the ELT, King 55 advised Cape May that they were transiting 
the area and flying south and would not be able to join in an search for the 
ELT.
