[Scan-DC] Med channel usage in Mont.county

I think, before the Grande Cutovere to 800e MegaCycles per Seconde, but 
after they deactivated the Modats (or whatever the stupid status things 
were/are), there was a period when _nothing_ worked and the hosp 
notifications were from the "ambalances" to the "DIS-patchers" to the 
hospitals.  Just speculation tho!
