[Scan-DC] surplus airplanes?

Three of the planes are owned by Virginia Tech and were used for flight
training.  The university recently transferred the Virginia Tech Airport
operations to a authority composed of VT and several local governments.
Flight training by the university (which was open to anyone with the
cash) is now being eliminated, so the airplanes are now surplus property.
For someone with the wherewithall, one of these would be a good purchase,
since they have been well-maintained.
