[Scan-DC] Power Outages

Well, the nature of the virus was that each user that was infected, it would
send packets to windowsupdate.microsoft.com which is their site for security
updates. Basically every user that was infected was slamming microsoft's
website with data. They probably took it offline for a bit and implemented
some kind of traffic management or some other security measure to prevent it
from causing a Denial Of Service on their site.
Either that or they got it themselves =)
