Did they say MDT (mobile data terminal) instead of MPD maybe?

Loudoun County MDTs are based on Windows XP.  I was informed by an LC deputy
that they DO have the ability to connect to the internet from their MDTs,
but with only a 19.2K uplink, not very practical.

Sounds like the potential is there for MDTs to be infected by the worm.
