Mayor Bloomberg tells CNN that the Niagra power grid overloaded...no terrorism, etc. He says the smoke reported from the ConEd power plant in Manhattan is normal when it shut down to avoid being overloaded by the outage on the grid. CNN coverage is good. Steve N4TX
