[Scan-DC] Need Help IDing a EDACS System

Hello List,

For our list members in the extreme northern part of the listening area, I 
need assistance in IDing a EDACS system. I get a EDACS data channel on 856.7625 
and 857.7625. When running it on etrunk it shows a possible 4 channel system. 
I have not heard voice transmissions at this point. When I run these 
frequencies through the FCC data base, I get a hit on FELHC, Inc in York County and 
Allegheny Co., MD. Does anyone have any further info?
