Freq: 165.2375 NFM (PL 100.0)

In the early 1900 hour EDT Omaha 06D (Cessna T210, N2306D) called Baltimore 
Sector to report his departure from Philadelphia. I then noted him working his 
way down the Deleware/Maryland Eastern Shore working with Dover Approach 
(132.425) then with Patuxent Approach (127.95).

In the late 1900 hour EDT he again called Baltimore Sector to ask for a phone 
patch to Jackpot (Customs Air Ops, Jacksonville) asking them to inform his 
wife that he would be arriving in Wilmington NC at 2145 EDT. 

Omaha 06D was having comms problems with Baltimore Sector and was complaining 
about his Astra radio.
