[Scan-DC] PG county on 800

  Actually, PG does have an 800 system; a small EDACS type that, the last I
heard, was being used by senior transports, special buses and so forth.
Certain police units are also using it; considering how many eyes have been
on this list of late, I won't go into details, but let's just say that
certain folks might not appreciate it if this were public knowledge :.)
