[Scan-DC] Possible small vessel fire on the Bay

Just flipped on the scanner but am not getting much.

About 20 miles North of Chesapeake Beach I can see a black pillar of 
smoke coming from looks like a small vessel.  Several other boats are 
moving at high speed to get near it.  I'm monitoring Coast Guard but 
not hearing anything yet.  It's kind of far away and a bit of haze so 
I can't make out all the details.  Thick black smoke though, and I 
believe it is coming from the water (not the shore).  Not sure if 
those in Annapolis might be getting something.
