[Scan-DC] 167.4375-???

I have had what appears to be encrypted comms on 167.4375. A quick net
search and search of Scan DC archives reveals likely FBI.

I am thinking about going ahead and identifying as such but thought I would
throw this out to the group just to see if any body else had different
information or more detail on the freq.

Any info would be appreciated.
