Can anyone identify anything related to possible use of this frequency?  =

have indications of a fluctuating signal (S Meter, Center Frequency
Indicator) but can only 'hear' something in SSB mode.  The signal =
appears to
be unstable as to frequency, varying over a relatively small range of
frequencies, and I can't detect any recognizable data pattern.  I don't =
have
a frequency disk so I don't even know to whom the frequency might be
assigned.  It sure sounds strange here.  Thanks for any info.  Vic
