[Scan-DC] Railfans Welcome Database Update

The Railfans Welcome! Database at <http://home.woh.rr.com/n8oay> has been updated 
with 42 new Railfan-Friendly train watching locations. The Database now includes 179 
locations in 27 states and the District of Columbia. I have also made a few 
corrections and added many new frequencies to the Railscan database and added more 
train symbols. I hope to post another frequency and symbol update later this week.

I appreciate all suggestions for additions and corrections to this web site.
Most of these updates to this list came from suggestions received by email from 
people who have visited the web site.
