[Scan-DC] Cove Point Security Zone

All,

CG Activities Baltimore issued an Mariner Information Bulletin on 157.100 
that a special security zone has been established in the areas of 3824N/7623W & 
3823N/7622W from the surface to the bottom of the water in an areas 
approximately 500 yds around the Cove Point LNG unloading facilities.  All vessels were 
warned that unauthorized entry into this special security zone could result 
arrest and heavy fines.

This special security zone went into effect at 0800Z 28 Jul and is in effect 
until 26 Sep 2003.
