Perhaps it had something to do with the F-16 fly over of the Korean War
Veterans Memorial this morning. There was a ceremony commemorating the
50-yr anniversary of the signing of the truce ending hostilities in the
Korean War. Fly over was about 11:00AM today. I believe the F-16s were
from the Air National Guard unit at Richmond.
