[Scan-DC] 139.9625-???

Folks,

I have another freq I am trying to put an ID on. I am in Southern MD and
each morning just before 8AM EST this freq goes active with radio =
checks.
The call signs used are "MILITARY 99" & "MILITARY 100".=20

As yet I have not been able to catch any other audio on the freq which =
leads
me to believe it is an encrypted freq and they probably just go in the =
clear
at this time every morning to do comms checks in the clear for some =
reason.

The only PL I have caught thus far is 127.3

I would to be able to put a decent ID on the freq. If any of you could =
help
I would certainly appreciate it.
