[Scan-DC] 166.5125 MHz ???

Its been used by the U.S. Secret Service with a channel name of
"Sierra." What callsigns were doing the radio checks?

Folks today I have audio of radio checks being conducted on 166.5125
MHz. Anybody have any idea as to who uses this freq?.

I am in the Southern MD area.
