[Scan-DC] 342 MHz

Folks I have audio of 211 calling unknown on 342. The second and final
transmission from the aircraft was requesting current weather =
information.

A quick PERCON search revealed that this freq is in use by "MTN" as NDB,
this ID does not set well with me as I am not used to hearing verbal =
comms
on an NDB freq like this. Does anybody else have any better idea of just =
who
this was that "211' was talking to?
