[Scan-DC] 170.4 MHz

Folks,

I have been recording stuff on 170.4 MHz. I have received multiple hits on
the freq but no verbal comms at this point. Just now I had some audio of
what sounded very similar to the tones you would expect to hear immediately
prior to a fire call on a normal fire dispatch freq.

Does anybody have any idea of what this freq is used for and by whom?
