[Scan-DC] Andrews VIP Arrival, 21 Jul

Ths evening around 2200 EDT Air Force 2 (VC-32A, 1st AS) landed at Andrews. 
In possibly related activity, Reach 266T (probable C-141) landed just ahead of 
Air Force 2. I heard no indications of a ramp freeze associated with the 
arrival of Air Force 2.

Earlier in the evening (around 1800 EDT) two F-16s (Brave flight) from the 
121st FS DC ANG at Andrews were in a low-level CAP (5-7,000 ft) in the area of 
College Park Maryland. It's unusual for them to fly a CAP at such low 
altitudes. 

There was also a US Customs aircraft (Omaha 1) up at the same time as the 
F-16s. He was tracking and trailing low-level aircraft flying in the Potomac 
TRACON Class B airspace.
