[Scan-DC] MCPD Move??

Marshall,

Yes, the cutover took place at 0635 hrs this morning.  All units are
supposed to be on the ASTRO radios.  Unfortunately, some PD units were have
yet to be completely outfitted with the new equipment.  So, until all PD
units are upgraded, they've left UHF patches intact to accomodate the legacy
units.  Not sure how long this will last.

Fire & Rescue on the other hand is completely cut over and are simulcasting
the dispatch of 7A on 154.1600 and 7B response/routing ops TG back to
153.9500.  I believe this setup will be permanent.
