[Scan-DC] curious 800 activity

  Just for winks and grins, I put the RINS and 8Call (used to be known as
the COG/ITAC channels, respectivly) into a spare bank of my 895 and let it
scan.  Sure enough, some of them had digital traffic on them (sounds a
little like a control channel), altho at the moment they're silent.

  These freqs can be found on our fire/ems page at:

  In addition, the old edition of the Scanner Almanac listed these freqs for
AA county for interservice use.  These are;

866.4625  where the Ordnance Road Jail is heard
866.7625
868.325
868.5875
868.8375
   Back on Friday, I heard digital (which again sounded like a control
channel) on 868.5875.  It's silent as of this morning.

   Very curious as to who/what they're actually used for.
