[Scan-DC] VHF Ducting

This morning in the mid 0800 hour EDT I experienced some major VHF udcting.  
I was hearing CG Group Philadelphia L/C on marine chnl  157.100 NFM.  They 
were warning mariners of a dead-tow operation in the vicinity of the old 
Philadelphia Navy Yard.  A couple of the ex-USN ships in storage there were being 
shifted around to different berths.

Then I also heard L/C on 157.100 CG Facility Chincoteague warning marniers of 
NASA rocket tests scheduled for Jul 17-19 from 6-8 PM.

Both these signals were strong enough to block out the local CG at Curtis 
Bay.
