That's not exactly true,,,,,,,,all of those agencies share a common 
frequency or frequencies in their radio's. Between COG frequencies and NCALL 
frequencies they can communicate. Also any of the comm centers can patch 
PMARS into any talkgroup they want to. Just to keep this thread in the realm 
of reality!
