[Scan-DC] MSP-Rockville on Montgomery ASTRO TRS

Hi Folks,

I've just confirmed hearing MSP-Rockville units communicating with ASTRO
radios across the Montgomery County TRS (TG 32464).  It also appears that
the TRS repeater output is being simulcast over the VHF-Lo Frequency
(39.3200 PL 110.0).  So you can now hear all units communicating on the lo
band just like in Frederick, Carroll, and a host of other counties in MD.

Nice addition to the county's system.
