[Scan-DC] FYI: Army Ft. Meade Comms Test...

It was at the Army Guard side of Fort (across Rt 175) and is separate
from the rest of the Ft. Grecian Firebolt is usually done with active
duty but since they are all busy this Guard unit was the next available
with the comms component. Nothing more than that to it.
