[Scan-DC] DC CAP 228.9

The DC CAP was active today presumably for the visit by Pakistani
President Musharraf to Camp David. 228.9 seemed to be used by HUNTRESS
and PITMAN (sounded like)  51 & 52. Black Cat 26 (a UH-60) also assisted
with CAP duty on the return flight from the camp. Who uses the PITMAN
callsign?
