[Scan-DC] FW: 139.5125???

Just a quick follow up. As soon as I posted the first post I caught very
weak voice comms. So weak that it was even hard to make out that it was
verbal comms.

Anybody else picking up the sporadic beeps on this freq? I first caught the
tail end of some CW, repeater identifier I guess. Then from then on I keep
picking up sprodic beeps from the Southern MD area.

 

Anybody have a clue as to what this is and possibly from where?
