Speaking of IFR.. VFR..

I'm trying to compile a full up to date list of Potomac TRACON.
I recently discovered some Class C VFR frequencies for Potomac
I know some of you know them.. The ones I have are..

-(Potomac APR/DEP)-

128.7<126.75
120.45<126.825 (Cessna working Potomac using VFR class C)
126.825 handoffs [that I've heard.. not directly related to Cessna
specifically]
    126.825<125.525
    126.825<120.825

126.8
"..Cessna XX is 22 miles NW of Ritchmond.."

126.75
    Plane up towards Manassas
    126.75 handoffs [" "]
    126.75<125.525
    126.75<126.1

128.7<126.75<119.3
Trooper 8 (2 miles West of Norwood (Trooper 8's home))
at the point of the switch from 126.75 to 119.3 Trooper 8 stated that he was
a mile NW the Mormon Temple

Also heard references to Ft. Meade advisory frequency and "Freeway?" Airport
advisory freq.
They just said "..switching to.." and no frequency was given.. What are
these freqs..?
