Go to http://www.trunkedradio.net .  You'll have to "signup", but there's
nothing to it and no membership email spam to deal with there.  Once a
member  you'll have access to all the DC Metro area trunked radio systems,
including DC Fire/EMS.

Also, check out http://henney.com/chm/ .  There are lots of frequencies for
DC and surrounding areas there, too.

Sorry,  I don't own a Pro-95, so I'm unable to answer your questions
regarding that model.  Otherwise, welcome to the list.
