[Scan-DC] Customs Blackhawk intercept?

A Customs Blackhawk just flew past my house about 200 feet off the 
wing of a small Cessna on a parallel flight course.  They were 
heading South along the Calvert Cliff chain just atop of the US Navy 
Research Lab.  Possible destinations of St. Marys or PAX river.

11:35 AM / Chesapeake Beach

About 30 minutes ago, 11:00 AM I heard (but could not see) two 
fighters buzzing overhead.  Not sure if this was related.
