[Scan-DC] updating the Maryland Airports file

  Folks, I'm trying to send up some updates to Rachel Baughn at MT (where
some of our frequency files are hosted) for our Maryland Airports.
Specifically, since I saw the article that mentioned that the Potomac
Tracon is now working with Andrews AFB, I was wondering which freqs that
were Andrews A/D are now being used by Potomac.  Airnav says 124.0 and
125.65; are there others?

  Your help will insure that our lists stay as current as possible through
this transition.
