    I'VE BEEN TRYING TO CATCH UP WITH YOU AND FIGURE OUT WHERE YOU ARE AND WHAT
YOU'VE BEEN UP TO....(apoligies to the list, Bob and I are old friends and worked
in the same "hellhole" ABES/FREEMAN/GES a while ago). Anyway, the current e mail

to come down and ride and hang @ 12 OWL is still open at any time you want..

PS, I think I saw one of the units you're talking about the other day running HOV
interception at the tail end of HOV at RT 1 in Woodbridge....looks to me like VSP
picked up some new buggies in the budget (course OWL got the mother of all
fireboats you really ought to check it out http://www.owl.vfd.org). The boat is
37 foot long, twin Cummins 360 diesels and jet (water) propelled with a 18"
draft.

Got a question... lately, for the pase few weeks, i've noticed several
vehicles in the HOV lane westbound 66 in evening rush hour with the
driver only. Their tags all end with "CF", specifically 1941CF, etc.
Does anyone recognize them as Federal...FBI, etc?
They all are small Dodge Polaris and similar compacts, new, no lights,
no antenna.
