  Of course, he meant shoutcast.com.  Since I've seen more than one comment
that the search box doesn't always seem to work, allow me to offer a
somewhat better alternative:

  Use this URL:

  http://henney.com/chm/links/dcdatah.htm#RADIO

  This is the DC page of the CHM web site.  This should bring you right to
the area that has the link for Shoutcast - and more importantly, directly
to the 3 pages that have the online scanners.  You still have to look for
the mil/air stuff (as the position in the pages seems to change with the
number of users), but it's a good deal easier than guessing your way thru a
search key.
