[Scan-DC] MCFR radio Out of Service

Hi all - 

Montgomery County Fire Rescue Dispatch Channel 2 154.160 - is out of service. 
All units being dispatched on Channel 1 - 153.950. Most stations are only 
wired for Channel 2 - so that means that station alerting is out of service 
as well. All stations ordered to maintain station watch, and therefore will 
be monitoring station dispatch by portable radio. The announcement that is 
being given on Channel 2 by ECC Dispatch says that ECC is not able to 
receive. Not sure what the nature of the problem is but apparently the radio 
shop has been notified and obviously will be working on the problem. 

Channel 1 is a non-repeated channel so this means that units not in close 
proximity with each other will not be able to hear each other.
