[Scan-DC] NTIA Federal Trunk and Public Service Workers Day

Hello List,

Has anyone been monitoring NTIA/DC-1 federal trunk system and know if they have had or are going to hold the annual Public Service Workers Recognition on the mall?  I remember that a list member in the past said there was traffic on the system reference this and I remember that it was about this time in the past.  They has several military, US Custom, etc static displays.
