[Scan-DC] who is using 450.4125?

  I had been checking 450.4125 for about a week or so, and finally caught a
break. This afternoon there was an incident in Middle River (Baltimore
county) and heard traffic on this freq for Chopper 13, which belongs to WJZ
TV (Baltimore- CBS affiliate).  There were several mentions of traffic
reporting and areas in Baltimore county, and I managed to coordinate the
feed they were doing with what I saw on TV; at the time, they were right
over an older neighborhood in Middle River, which I recognized.

  Based on that, I thinm it's clear that this freq, at least in this area,
is being used by WJZ as a IFB.  I know the FCC records show ABC as the
owner (as does some past on line issues of the CHM newsletter), but
obviously this is a change.
