I hate to sound like W. van Aller, but "the more they overthink 
the plumbing, the easier it is to stop up the pipes."

The dispatchers at Montgomery Fire are generally about the
best in the business that I have heard, with the possible
exception of NYC fire, so if they are having trouble with
the new system, that does give me pause.

I hope they take as much time switching over as it requires
to get it right.
