[Scan-DC] Potomac Tracon and BWI

All,

Listened a little while to BWI today.  One of the tower controllers, in 
chatting with a pilot, mentioned that there are no more approach/departure 
controllers physically located at BWI. He said the only controllers left in 
the control tower are the tower controllers. He said, " they're all down at 
Potomac TRACON."

I'm not sure but I think he also was talking about the Washington ARTCC Swann 
sector controller had also moved to Potomac TRACON.
