[Scan-DC] Potomac Tracon and BWI

For the past several months, all the local air traffic approach facilities
have been incrementally transitioning to a consolidated facility (out in
VA). As I understand it, the basic transition is complete. These include:

Dulles App
Washington
Andrews
Richmond
Baltimore

As I understand it for now, all freqs and sectors remain the same for the
respective airspace...that means to the users (pilots), it should be
transparent.  The only thing that changes, is that all are talking to
Potomac Approach.  In the future, the makeup of the airspace may be
adjusted, from what I've been told...

Nope.. Andrews tower still remains 118.4 however 119.3 which is supposedly
Andrews GCA Approach regarding that.. i don't hear much traffic on it like I
used to and sometimes I hear potomac tracon answering a/c on it. So I don't
know what the deal is with 119.3 ..
