[Scan-DC] Potomac Tracon and BWI

  It appears that the BWI approach/departure freqs are being used by the
new Tracon; this afternoon, I heard several idents as 'Potomac Approach'
and 'Potomac Departure' while referring to the usual BWI freqs.  In fact,
there were several occasions when the controller said 'Baltimore' or 'BWI'
then hastily corrected it, so it appears this is a recent change.

  I can't hear anything out of Andrews; have their freqs started being
taken over too?  

  In addition, it seems that the mil-air side of Swann (360.7) is either
having some problems or perhaps has had an antenna change, as the signal
over here in AA county is a good deal weaker than it used to be (I can
still easily here the BWI mil air stuff, tho).
