Good Morning,

Was doing a zone scan this morning and found this frequency. Appears to be a 
ham net - set up today they are coordinating some type of race in DC. I 
wasn't aware they were running any type of race in DC today. Heard talk about 
Code Orange and not being able to park "the bussess" under the 14th street 
bridge. Also heard some interference on same channel of what appeared to 
maybe been kids on the same channel using some pretty heavy profance language 
telling the users of the net various different things like to "f off" and 
that sort of thing but they were for the most part ignored. Is going on right 
now - has made for some animated morning listening.
