[Scan-DC] Gulf/North Africa ATC Freqs

All,

I regularly hear 11300 and 5517 here in the BWI area.  I'm using an R-75 with 
about 140 ft of wire up in the attic (not in straight line :)

Callsigns I hear most often are Tripoli (usually over-modulated), Cairo, 
Nairobi, Khartoum, & Mogadiscio.  On a good night I also hear Sana'a.
