[Scan-DC] Hospital Radio System

Someone posed a question asking about a radio system for hospitals in 
northern Virginia. Lately I have been hearing a lot of radio testing among 
various hospitals in northern Virginia on the Fairfax County Public Safety 
digital trunked system. The traffic has been on talkgroup 18096. That 
talkgroup is designated as "trauma" officially on the Fairfax system.
