Nextel Whines to the FCC concerning Anne Arundel County, Maryland's antenna siting &
zoning count ordinance.

Nextel is Whining to the FCC concerning Anne Arundel County, Maryland antenna siting &
zoning count ordinance. The County (with the help of RCC, correct me if I'm wrong) drafted
a "County Ordinance" that requires carriers requesting zoning permits in the county to
provide a "Certificate of Non-Interference" among other requirements. Well of course
Nexthell barked at this, and are requesting the FCC to pre-empt the ordinance and declare
it unlawful.

Unfortunately the County will probably lose this one in the long run but it was a good
try.
