[Scan-DC] Loudon Co. Digital settings

Fellow 785D or 250D owners:

I have a problem with the Loudon County Sheriff Dispatch  (TG1616) and
was wondering if others shared it. Most of the time it has a "doppler"
sound like it is losing packetds. I have tried monkey9ng with the audio
control to no avail.
