[Scan-DC] a lot of helicopters - searching for ??

There's a suspect out (believed to now be in custody) who ran from HCPD after 
assaulting an officer and ramming a car on Tower Drive. Air 30 (HCPD's 
helicopter) and at least 1 dog assisting in the search. Again, I believe the 
suspect may be in custody.
