Interesting. the 47.3000 mhz. VDOT repeater in Va. Beach for Hampton
Roads seems to be active most of the day with traffic assist comms. In
fact, it is so active I had to lock it out of one of my scanners. The
funding cutbacks should make the private sector providers happy.
