[Scan-DC] Budget Cuts Force Virginia DOT To Reduce Safety Service Patrol

   Interesting.  the 47.3000 mhz. VDOT repeater in Va. Beach for Hampton
Roads seems to be active most of the day with traffic assist comms.  In
fact, it is so active I had to lock it out of one of my scanners.  The
funding cutbacks should make the private sector providers happy.
